SNOS 2000 FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Since the nasal and oral structures are different, when using the device, press it gently against your nostrils and inhale with a slight force. We recommend each inhalation lasts around 2 seconds. New users may need a few attempts to adjust to this new experience, so take your time and gradually get comfortable.

First, check if the device is fully charged (it comes pre-charged). If it's still not working, try the following:

(1) If you feel significant resistance while inhaling, ensure you've removed the silicone seals from both the top and bottom of the pod.

(2) If the device light flashes twice quickly during inhalation, it means the child lock is activated. To unlock it, quickly insert and remove the pod five times within 3 seconds. The device light will flash slowly twice when unlocked, allowing you to continue using it.

(3) In rare cases, the pod may not align with the electrode in the battery stick. If this happens, remove the pod and reinsert it vertically to ensure proper magnetic connection and calibration.

This is a normal occurrence. To maintain hygiene, avoid removing the silicone cap too often. When purchasing a new pod set, fresh nasal silicone caps are included. Be sure to replace the silicone cap with a new one when swapping out the pods.

Pay attention to the remaining e-liquid level in the pod. If it runs low, replace the pod promptly to avoid a burnt taste.

Due to variations in nasal airflow, the two pods may deplete at different rates. If this happens, try switching the positions of the pods (left to right) to balance the consumption.

GEMENI 2000 FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

(1) During vaping/charging, the light will display the battery level: if the battery is below 30%, the light will be red; if between 30% and 70%, the light will be blue; and if above 70%, the light will be green.

(2) If the red light flashes twice, it indicates that the inhalation has lasted over 10 seconds, and automatic protection has been triggered. After pausing, the device will automatically resume and you can continue inhaling.

(3) If the red light flashes three times, it indicates the child lock is on. To unlock/lock, quickly inhale three times within 2 seconds. When unlocked, the green light will flash three times.

(4) If the red light flashes four times, it indicates an open circuit. Please check whether the pod is properly placed or remove and reinsert the pod vertically. The device will calibrate itself through magnetic attraction.

(5) If the red light flashes ten times, it means the battery is too low, please charge it.

(6) If the red light stays on for 2 seconds, it indicates a short circuit. The device is damaged and will stop outputting.

(7) When the pod is properly inserted, the green light will stay on for 1 second.

(1) Please first check if the device is fully charged (the device comes pre-charged).

(2) If you experience noticeable resistance during inhalation, ensure that the air vents on both sides of the device are not blocked while holding it. Also, confirm that the silicone seals at the top and bottom of the pod have been removed.

(3) If the red light flashes three times during inhalation, the child lock is activated. Please quickly inhale three times within 2 seconds to unlock it, and then try again.

(4) If the red light flashes four times during inhalation, the pod might not be aligned properly with the device's electrodes. Please follow the light indicator and refer to step 1.4 above.

Pay attention to the remaining E-liquid in the pod during inhalation. Replace the pod with a new one when the e-liquid runs out.

This is a normal phenomenon. As this product is a dual-flavor device, the consumption of the two pods may vary depending on individual usage habits. Please replace the pods when the e-liquid runs out.

This is a normal phenomenon. We recommend users avoid frequently removing the top cover of the device. Simply replace the pod with a new one when the e-liquid runs out.
